Hosting, recipients and international access

This website uses Cloudflare for delivery and security and a VPS in our controlled hosting environment. Website enquiries are encrypted in the application queue and sent through our company mail service to sales@universalharbor.com for requirements, or info@universalharbor.com for other enquiries, with gm@universalharbor.com copied for operational oversight. Access is restricted to authorised users. Commercial information is shared with prospective counterparties only where relevant and appropriately authorised. International disclosures are assessed for applicable safeguards.

Enquiries and retention

Encrypted website queue records for successfully notified enquiries are deleted after 90 days. Failed or uncertain notifications are retained for operational review until resolved. Company mailbox correspondence is separate from the technical queue and is reviewed according to the purpose of the correspondence, any ongoing commercial engagement and applicable obligations. You can request a review or deletion through info@universalharbor.com. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, object to processing, or request portability. Consent can be withdrawn where it is the basis for processing. Email info@universalharbor.com so we can assess and respond to your request. The website uses first-party form verification, validation and submission limits without loading a third-party CAPTCHA service. Links to LinkedIn, Google Business, WhatsApp and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy arrangements. We do not embed their tracking widgets in public pages.
